This was hands down one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Not only was the property, gardens and outlook absolutely stunning, the hospitality of the staff here was the real standout. Putu’s customer service and communication our entire stay was absolutely fantastic and papa Putu always made us feel right at home. Breakfast daily up in the yoga studio was a highlight and they were more than happy to accommodate our vegan diet. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Ubud city centre to stay here. We left with full bellies, full hearts and feeling very relaxed.

We only had one issue at the beginning of our stay due to a strong odour in the bathroom, however this was almost immediately dealt with and we didn’t have any further problems.

Toll gelegene Unterkunft mitten in den Reisfeldern und mit toller Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön. Frühstück sehr lecker. Toller Pool mit unverbauter Sicht in die Natur. Viele sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Im Zimmer war es zu Beginn muffig durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Mit der Entfeuchter Funktion der Klimaanlage liess sich dies jedoch sehr schnell beheben. Anmerkung: Lage etwa 25 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Ansonsten benötigt man einen Roller.

Idyllische komfortable Unterkunft mit nur 3 Zimmern am Rand der Reisfelder. Toller kleiner Pool, super Frühstück und sehr nette Leute. Empfehlenswert!

The only positive aspect of our stay was Putu, who genuinely tried to help resolve the issues we raised. He was professional, attentive, and even offered us a complimentary spa treatment as a gesture of goodwill. While we appreciated his effort, we chose not to accept the offer because we believe it is important to provide an honest review of our overall experience. Unfortunately, despite Putu’s excellent customer service, the overall stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We would not choose to stay here again.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Sokwayah Jungle. The property looks beautiful in photos, but unfortunately the actual experience was far below expectations. There were several major issues during our stay: 1. The swimming pool water was noticeably cloudy and did not appear clean. 2. There was a persistent sewage smell coming from the drainage system, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the villa. 3. The shuttle service was unreliable and often not available on time, causing unnecessary inconvenience. 4. Overall maintenance and guest experience did not meet the standard we expected for this price point.
