The bed was comfortable and the location was good for what I needed.
Went to reception the first night about the heater not working I was told it should be working and told what to do but it never worked. Phoned reception later that evening after a meeting from the room, the person said they would check. Phoned again over an hour later to follow up but still nothing so left it. Never heard from them and went the remaining nights with no one calling about it.
