Awesome home atmosphere and design — it’s a real seaman house and you feel a spirit of the ocean in every detail. Breathtaking round view. Magic balcony with a beautiful flowers and a lighthouse in front of you make every cup of coffee a real moment of happiness. If you want to find a place to explore Livorno from the best side of view Marco house is brilliant. He is very welcoming and always in touch to support his guests. A lot of the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops around. You are at the risk to gain extra kilos after your trip but the absence of the elevator will help you to avoid it.

Nothing I don’t like. Just consider before you choose there is no air conditioner but many windows around all apartment ventilated perfectly. Roof top floor without elevator but I didn’t have any problems to walk down and up a couple times daily.
