This is a very smart and clean property, newly built. It is close in to the centre of Braunton, a 7 minute walk as we had no car.
The treats and provisions are amazing and very generous. We were there over Christmas and were delighted to find a tree, lights and lots of goodies to eat and drink.
It is comfortable and the heating is good. The bathroom is luxurious.
