Good breakfast buffet, excellent rooftop restaurant, not overpriced like other hotels, clean rooms, sheets and towels.
Noise from 6AM till late night around 2AM from above like heavy furniture or equipment being dragged across the floor, this was the presidential suite on the 4th floor, other rooms may not be as bad

New and cozy
Noise from restaurant below . I was in first floor room and could constantly hear clanking of utensils noise probably from their cleaning area until 11pm and starting off at 530 am.

Extremely nice helpful staff. Attends swiftly with warm hearted smile. Room is clean and well maintained. Toilet is clean as well.
Daily careful inspection could improve some areas like filling soap bottles before it gets empty.

Breakfast was not fully laid out at around 0730 Hrs, the staff seemed up prepared.
The room I was allocated was #509 post 1030 PM there was furniture dragging noise I could not understand much on first night and did not raise alarm, second night same scenario so called up front desk and noise stopped, I discovered the roof top restaurant and understood that things were not under control of anyone, my suggestion if you could make the terrace floor sound proof, the food at both restaurant was amazing on two different occasions.
