The place was clean and secure and the location is close to the mall.
The host is unfriendly and impatient, we called to just asked for the checking details and he was rude and shouting, he literally told us that he manages many properties so we need to be the ones to request information on WhatsApp. I do acknowledge that the checkin details were sent on the Booking.com but it helps on the day of travelling to get a WhatsApp confirmation, the hospitality is lacking and the host needs to be kind and learn to communicate respectfully with guests.
