Everything !! This property is the perfect location, with fantastic restaurants near by, a supermarket and wonderful cafes. It is away from the heavily tourist areas. The air conditioning works brilliantly. Raffaele was the most Increidble host, he waited to greet us even when we got in late at night due to a delayed flight. He greeted us with delicious pastries, checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He also helped arrange us transport to the airport for our return flight. I honestly could not recommend this property and raffaele highly enough. I will most definitely be booking again if I find myself back in Naples.

Not a dislike but I would mention that if you struggle with mobility this property is at the top of Naples, however there is a metro station very close by.
