Iona Ave Suites I Geelong Accommodation I regionalXscapes

The property was an excellent facility. We really enjoyed all that it had to offer while residing over a period of 3 weeks. I would recommend this property to anyone. We shared kitchen facilities & laundry but the other residents were very considerate & we all kept the shared facilities spotless. There were a number of long term families holidaying there. We were close to at least four different shopping centres varying in size; a well placed facility within the community. The units looked quite new & reflected what equipment was available to use. We were in the family accessible unit & was very suitable to my needs; having a broken ankle & doing treatment at Barwon Health. We were able to secure a long term rental close to the Iona Suites so felt very fortunate to have stayed at the units at a very reasonable cost, thank you👍🤗

It would have been nice to have had an accessibility parking spot but other than that I could have scored it a 10.

The kitchen was efficient and well equipped and cooking was a pleasure...

There was no body wash in the shower or hand wash in the bathroom.

New property with modern facilities! Digital check in

Location is on the main road so lots of noise and traffic especially at night and early morning. The building can only accommodate 2 cars so first come first serve. $20 damage fee non refundable added after paying for accommodation, this was not stated prior to initial payment.
