The aparment is large and well-appointed. It has been beautifully refurbished and had everything we needed. It is an easy 6 or 7 minute walk to Roma Termini, Rome's main railway station. Tanya responded to all our questions within a few minutes. She was friendly and helpful. The apartment is very peaceful abd quiet. There is a great middle-eastern restaurant opposite the street from the main building entrance cslled Shawarma Station.. They have a very wide range of salads and food which is gluten-free. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. They speak English and understand what gluten is. This was amazing as we struggled to find restaurants in Rome that actually know what gluten-free means. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

La propiedad es excelente. Super cómoda. Tiene todo lo que se necesita. Todo era una 10 hasta que nos toco bañarnos. En el apartamento 2 casi no salía agua de la ducha. Lo mismo pasaba en el lavabo, salvo que aquí no hay inconveniente porque uno se lava las manos. Pero en la ducha es distinto, el agua caliente tardo mucho en calentarse y de golpe se enfriaba. Fue una lastima porque salvo por esto hubiese sido un 10. Quizás el apartamento 1 funcione mejor. Si lo arreglan lo super recomiendo porque lo demás es un 10.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have wished for a better place in Rome! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect for a city trip!! All the major sights and attractions are within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient to explore Rome and enjoy the city. Tanya is an amazing host! She was always available whenever we had a question and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which we really appreciated. We felt completely comfortable and welcome here. If we come back to Rome I would book this apartment again without hesitation. Thank you so much, Tanya, for making our stay so wonderful. We can’t wait to come back! 100% recommended!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect and we had nothing to complain about.

Merulana 13 was a great stay. The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and equipped with pretty much everything you might need, including lots of small practical things that are often missing in rentals. The design is clean, modern and very pleasant, and the mattress was really comfortable. The host was also lovely — very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully organized. We would happily stay here again.
