How close it was to the military base the backyard and the amount of beds that were available
There was no firewood for the firing the pots and pans were not very good shape. Neither were the Knives the oven didn’t work. The mattresses were uncomfortable. One of the mattresses was worn out the table and chairs in the dining room were falling apart.

Location was perfect. So close to base, which helped with the back and forth. So close to where you hear taps at night from the base which was pretty cool. Clean and spacious.
