Friendliest hosts we’ve ever had, great facilities and right near all the main things you wanna see

Staying at Forest Way Home felt just like being at home. The place is super cozy and comfortable, and the location is ideal—just a few minutes by Grab from the Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, the Sun Bear Conservation Centre, and the Rainforest Discovery Centre. A special thanks to Sherine, who made our trip so much easier and special! She was amazing from arrival to checkout—always available, friendly, and genuinely caring. She let us leave our luggage at her place while we went on our Kinabatangan river tour, which was a huge help, and gave us great recommendations for local supermarkets and where to find pharmacy supplies. Sherine is truly a fantastic host who goes above and beyond for her guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was perfect!

The property/room was very pretty. New construction and everything was clean. Sherine was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was exceptionally responsive to all of my questions using What’s App. Best response time of anyone I contacted for this trip.

Absolutely nothing. It was GREAT!

For Sepilok, the location is great. If you wanted, you could walk to the Rainforest Discovery Centre, Orangutan and Sun Bear Sanctuary (all about 15-30minutes). We ended up hiring a car so didn't walk but good to know car parking is available. The room was clean and the hosts were very friendly.

There's nothing standoutish that I didn't like but I would say it's fairly basic and standard. Convenient for a night or so, but would stay somewhere else if for longer.
