Key lock box was jammed on arrival. Called company as website gave impression that there was a local agent looking after the property. This was not the case and was put through to a call centre who could not help. Fortunately I had a took kit with me and was able to force the lock box open.

Every thing was clean, host was responsive to questions, location was good for me
The area was very quiet, cute little back yard
Easy to retrieve keys, safe area- many supplies were provided
Coming from USA didn't expect a lack of a dryer, host responded with how to use drying racks promptly!
Some paper towels or napkins would help a lot.
