If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heat and or SPA heat available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (May 1 – October 1). The average water temperature without the heater is above 90°F. - Use of the fire pit is available upon request and subject to an additional fee. - No amplified music or excessive noise is allowed regardless of time, and quiet hours must be adhered to. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
