Beau Rivage Suites

Beau Rivage is a beautiful, new and well-maintained complex with a lovely location right by the sea. We stayed in a ground-floor corner room overlooking the water, with a large terrace furnished with stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture. The room itself is tastefully decorated and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine and a beautiful, modern bathroom. The room is not cleaned daily, although the towels are regularly replaced. Breakfast is extensive, served à la carte and delivered directly to the room, which is a very pleasant touch. Parking is available on-site, close to the rooms. Both the property and the gardens are beautifully maintained, and everything looks neat and well cared for.

The surrounding area and nearby village are rather basic and have little to offer. We would not particularly recommend the restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, we were also unlucky with the weather, as it was very windy and the sea was quite rough, with high waves. Although the property is located directly by the water, there is no actual beach. The terrace is spacious and nicely furnished, but unfortunately offers very little privacy. Other guests can easily walk past, and the neighbouring terraces are clearly visible. As a result, the setting feels less private and peaceful than one might expect from the photos. During our stay, we were also unlucky with some rather noisy children from neighbouring rooms, which occasionally disturbed the peace and quiet. Another issue was smoking on the neighbouring terraces. At times, it was difficult to enjoy our own terrace because of cigarette smoke from other guests. A clearer non-smoking policy, including designated smoke-free outdoor areas, would significantly improve the comfort and experience for everyone. Finally, we would appreciate seeing more attention paid to sustainability. For example, the small individual plastic toiletry bottles in the bathroom could be replaced with larger, refillable dispensers. This would be a more environmentally friendly approach and better reflect the overall quality and appearance of the property.

It’s a little slice of heaven 😍 We stayed in a ground-floor room with a direct sea view and access. Our private patio had comfortable lounge chairs, a table, and a café set where we enjoyed breakfast. Each morning, breakfast was served personally on the patio, featuring all the wonderful dishes we had selected from the menu the night before.
