The place felt very homely. Beds were very soft and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy to follow instructions to gain access. Heating was good too.
No laundry facilities at all and no drying rack for wet clothes due to rain. No Internet. It says breakfast included but 3 canisters of cereal without milk is not an inclusion. 3 flights of stairs would be difficult for some.

It is well located near good shopping precincts, the beach and the airport.
There are no sharp knives or mixing bowls in the kitchen. The kitchen could also do with another dish towel and a cloth to wipe the counters and table. There is no floor mat in the bathroom and the lounge lamps and light does not work. The bathroom door needs to be repaired as it is loose on the top hinge.

Great location. Quiet, but close to the shops and the tram. Plus a nice view. It was clean and comfortable.
