O espaço era soberbo: amplo, clean com decoração de muito bom gosto. Bem cheiroso e tons claros. Como pequeno almoço estava incluido, foi-nos atribuido um cartão para cada dia num dos cafes/pastelarias mais bem localizados da zona. O cartão tem bebida, bolo à escolha e água incluidos, mas claro está que não deixámos de provar outras iguarias que tinham disponiveis do menu. Funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre disponiveis. A zona em si é uma das mais movimentadas, por isso algum ruido é inevitável por melhor insonorisação que tenham. Temos tudo à mão 😉. VALEU TODOS OS MOMENTOS POR LÁ💖 Gratidão!

Amazing location in the middle of town, close to pedestrian areas with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Easy walk from the train station.

The process to get into the building, make sure you Whats App them your Passport information *before* or you will not get a code to get into the property. There is no one on-site to check you in, is all remote but they were responsive.

Nachts kann es von der Straße her lauter werden - war für uns aber ok. Der Toilettensitz ist nicht gut an der Wand befestigt.

The room was very beautiful, extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The interiors and finishes were well considered, and visually the property matched the photos.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations. In the first room there was a constant dripping noise coming from the ventilation during the day, which made it very difficult to relax in the room. The “included” breakfast was served at a café around 5 minutes away and consisted only of one hot drink and one pastry, usually a croissant. There was no fruit or protein option, and we often had to wait outside in the sun for a table. We ended up paying extra ourselves to have something more substantial, such as eggs. Housekeeping knocked on the door at around 10am every day, but there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available. If we were still sleeping and did not let them in at that exact time, the room would not be cleaned later that day. Before arrival, we were also required to send photos of our ID documents via WhatsApp in order to receive the access codes, even though we said we preferred to show them in person. We later asked for confirmation that the copies would be deleted, but did not receive any response. We never met any member of staff in person during the entire stay. Parking was also extremely difficult. The nearest car park we could use was around a 15-minute walk away and was often completely full. On one occasion, we waited almost an hour in a queue just to enter. In practice, we often had to wait until around midnight to try to find a parking space.
