The proximity to Rosebank Mall and other restaurants is great. The place is not noisy so you can sleep peacefully at night. The TV screen is nice. The bathroom was tidy and clean. The kitchen utensils were clean and sufficient. The Staff at the gate were friendly and helpful.

There was a burn mark on the carpet that looks like an iron fell on the carpet. With so many pillows you ask yourself what am i supposed to do with them.

The apartment is clean, beautiful and so cozy. The host is such a great one.

Nothing

I love the new building, front desk was great and very helpful.

Just when I thought there wasn’t much room for improvement on this property, I was proven wrong and this time it was “ personal” in a good sense of course. Because this was my 2nd stay, the host went out of her way and customised the room for me with welcome well thought prezzie and a note. Believe me when I echo: this stay felt more like I was staying at a friend’s loft apartment than a booking.com property. In all my travels I have never received such royal treatment. When you’re there you can’t help but treat the place with respect as you would your own or dear friend’s home.

Nothing not to like: walking distance to rosebank mall and there’s a high end restaurant in the building.
