Can only give the best rating :). Clean, comfortable and homely apartment in a quiet location. Also ideal for people like me who like to sleep with a breeze, because you can open a window on both sides of the room. Friendly host who stayed up for me when I arrived absurdly late. Nice place to sit outside, even if I didn't use it.
Not a negative point but one small suggestion: an anti-slip matt in the shower.
