David had us in at 9:00 AM on arrival day, sent the codes, Wi-Fi, and a parking note ahead of time, and followed up personally when we had a question. The house is roomy and the Mid-City location is great. One of the easiest hosts we dealt with.

It was very spacious for a group of 8 I enjoyed the location and how close it was to stores and gas stations
It’s about 16 mins away from airport and bourbon street. Parking can be a hassle with only one parking spot space and sometimes other guest can have multiple cars and take the other closest

Beautiful property. We took the streetcar right out front to the French Quarter. Restaurants within walking distance. Beds were very nice. Coffee provided. Laundry pods and dishwasher pods too.
Side walks were uneven.
