The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean, the room is comfortable, and the location is great.

the thing that made the big positive difference to this place was the staff, who were helpful and understanding. the biggest problem i had was that there were no staff on-premises when i arrived; this place is more of an apartment share than a budget hotel, and although staff were available by phone, no one was physically present on-site to receive me. however, getting in touch by phone was easy, and the staff person i talked to helped me sort out the problem quickly. the rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean, as is the shared kitchen. the free-use kettle and coffee was a nice touch. finally, the wifi signal was clear and strong, so internet access was perfect.

Very clean linen, towel and pillow and duvet covers. Bathroom and shower enclosure though small but clean. Off street parking near by always full, so difficult to find a suitable place.

Sink in the bathroom so tiny that it was unusable. No toiletry rack inside the shower enclosure. Mattress was poor quality and sagging so much on lying, it felt uncomfortable.
