The room was very large and comfortable. The staff person was helpful and kind. He went beyond expectations coming up to our room with the breakfast menu to explain what each one consisted of. The delicious breakfast was only ¥500. There were extra pillows near the elevator to choose from. The jacuzzi bath was relaxing. We enjoyed the coffee from the pod coffee maker and all the other amenities in the room. The bed was large and comfortable.
There was only thing - the room was up and down a single step in several areas. I almost tripped/fell several times.
