Excellent location in the heart of the old town in Termoli. Very clear instructions on arrival, apartment was modern, very clean and with all required amenities. The owner was particularly helpful on a number of occasions.

Perhaps a small kettle would be a useful addition

Rosaria

The apartment was modern, clean and welcoming We had no issue with any of the neighbours, it was quiet at night when we went to sleep. Giovanna was available by WhatsApp and even checked in with us half way through to see if everything was ok

After leaving we received a message on saying the TV wasn't working and whether something had happened. The cleaner also said that the apartment was found very dirty.. Maybe not intended but the tone of the message didn't come across well. After messaging Giovanna she was quick to diffuse it and confirm everything was ok, I am pleased that this didn't go further as the TV was fine, and we had tided up after ourselves to the extent that you would expect (everything in bin, dishwasher on and clean, used towels in a pile)
