Clean, centrally located, all kitchen utensils were provided. Easy access. The host responded very quickly to all questions.
I haven't had a bad experience.

The location and supermarket plus Indian restaurant nearby.
There was no kettle, we had to boil water in a pot. In the bedroom we could hear people talking in the apartment next door. For 3 nights of our 4 night stay there were late night parties in both adjoining apartments which spilled over into the courtyard gardens outside. We got very little sleep as a result.
