Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia.
I had a problem with heating system. It was a little cold the first day but it got much better after 4 to 5 hours once I turn on the heater and the owner he even gave us a brand new heating system the next day just to make sure we are warmed up.
