The apartment offers exceptionally spacious rooms that make you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your stay. The location is also quite convenient for Bari's city center: it's about a 20-minute walk, or just 5 minutes by one of the many buses that pass frequently nearby.
One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring if you're carrying heavy luggage. However, being higher up also means you'll enjoy much more peace and quiet, away from the usual street-level traffic and noise. Overall, it provides a comfortable and relaxing base for exploring Bari.
Overall, I wouldn't point out any significant negatives.
