This apartment is in a great location! Easy to get everywhere! I is satisfactory, but a bit worn. It has a nice balcony with just a partial view of the ocean, not a few view. It had a great shower!
The communication with the owner was strange. Not much information is given until just a few days before the arrival to the apartment. Then you have to go get the key from a convenience store down the street. No one meets you or helps with luggage. You have to take out all the garbage to the parking deck and load the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave. This can be a chore if you are trying to leave, especially when you have to return the keys to the convenience store. The apartment is a bit small and the bathroom is really small.

This apartment has a great location and lovely view over the hills to the south of Cairns. It is very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchenette is well equipped. We found the large bed very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no parking available and only paid parking on street. We did find 2P and 3P free areas near us but had to move our car. The Hilton opposite has all day parking for $35 a day. Be aware to factor this into your budgeting. Apart from this we had a very pleasant stay.
We had to look for paid parking somewhere close which was difficult during busy times of the day

早朝に着く便だったので、チェックインまでの時間が長く心配でした。到着時間を何度も聞かれたので、答え、チェックイン出来るかどうかの返事がとても分かりづらく、一か八かで鍵を受け取る場所へ行ったら、店員さんが電話して聞いてくれて、入れるとのことで助かりました。ロケーションもよかったです。
冷蔵庫が小さい。こちらの部屋の選択ミスかと思いますが、リビングにソファベッドだったので、くつろぎにくかった。バスタブはなし。下の階の人がパーティーをしていて、23時までバルコニーで騒いでいたのが、困りました。
