We booked this apartment for 5 days. The apartment was neat and clean with all the required amenities. There were large windows which were helped in keeping the rooms quite pleasant with fresh air and bright daylight. The washroom too was neat and clean with the required toiletries and a bidet spray which is difficult to find otherwise. The Kitchen had cooking utensils and enough plates and spoons. Other amenities like iron, iron board, washing machine and clothes drying rack were helpful. We also requested the host to help us with keeping our luggage after our checkout on our final day, as we wanted to make use of our last day in the city before our flight at night. She helped us with keeping our luggage at an additional cost. Overall, our stay was undisturbed and quite comfortable. We reccomend this property for your stay in Almaty.

The only missing item was a dustbin in the kitchen or living room area, to which the host helped us with some disposable bags. We arrived late night and it was a little difficult to find and enter the apartment but the host helped us at night as well. 9/10 Overall

It’s near a mega mall
