Booking was easy
Check in was quick
Staff was courteous and helpful
Payment system was good
No hot water in the bathrooms for a shower in the evenings/night!
AC was not working properly. Later it was repaired.
Only one bottle of drinking water per room given for the day - needs to be at least 2/3.
Floor and bathroom cleaning could have been much better.

The staff response and there were privacy and the food was also very good.
I could notice stains on the bedsheets and pillows . Im paying and booking the room in advance, so you must have to provide me clean and new things. As i saw those stains in the pillows . I become sad . Please maintain using clean and new products .
