Excellent location. Better apartment upstairs as you get the view
A few maintenance issues, the fridge door in particular but nothing major.

Lovely clean apartment near the front. The sea view advertised was if you stood outside.
Well stocked.
The owner messaged me beforehand to inform of a small problem
That it was advertised with a sea view. Was expecting that to be out of the window not outside.
Fridge needs checking door has dropped.

the location was perfect and the small balcony was great for the sea view and sunsets.
The furnishings were tasteful
The lack of a blind in the bathroom, just frosted glass.
Also the roman blind in one bedroom didn't work, but there was another roller blind.

The apartments were in the perfect location for our family gathering with other family members staying in the adjoining apartment and only a short walk from family who live in Saltburn. The apartment had everything we needed with a few exceptions. Everything was in a good state of repair and very clean. We would definitely book again.
There were a few small things that would make this apartment perfect;
- another bedside table in each bedroom
- a hairdryer
- some hooks to hang towels on or coats in colder weather
- air conditioning! Or failing that a small fan in each room. It was especially hot when we visited.
