A convenient location, with off-road parking and near green spaces.
The exterior of the property was in need of some TLC, back garden in particular. It would have been nice to sit out but it was scruffy.

It meet our needs for a business event that we attended. We were able to bring our dog and the enclosure garden allowed her to access the outdoor independently.
The bathroom and WC require modernising, however I appreciate that developing a business takes time and wish them to best in doing so.

The areas of the house which had been modernised, the location.
Outside of the property, including the garden, front and back, is poorly kept; the green light (Fire exit) in the bedroom made it difficult to sleep; next-door neighbours not only use the garage but also used the drive to repair their car. Shower curtain and bath mat in the washing machine on arrival; oven needs a deep clean, as when tried using it, it was very smoky.
Property will be great when the rest of the rooms are modernised and the outside as seen some TLC.
