Location!
Unit not clean! Toilets were nasty with black stuff running down the sides and stained inside toilets we had to clean toilets upon arrival. Ice maker half way worked. Pool area hot tub not hot felt more like the pool. Unit needs repair! Paint buckets, work tool,etc.. underneath kitchen sink. Dishes need replacing. Paint spots on bathroom cabinet doors, kitchen floor etc… base boards nasty! For future reference finish repairs before renting out!! Laketown Wharf rm # 331.
