Location was great - tram stop right outside the building allowed us to travel into the CBD for free. Was met by a wonderful staff member (Clare) at the off-site office who provided us with clear instructions on how to get to the building, along with contacting a staff member who met us with keys to the apartment, instructions on car parking, and the building/apartments facilities.
As it was over the Christmas/Boxing Day period, very little was open in the area regarding dining/eating etc, but realistically, his was not too much of a hassle given the free tram into the CBD.

friendly and clear instructions
no full length mirror - if I am being picky. But otherwise the view was amazing and the closeness to the free tram.
