Appartamento piccolo ma completo, comodissimo a treno, metro e al centro; zona tranquilla con ristoranti e bar. Doppio cancello per entrare, appartamento fresco. Chi gestisce l'appartamento è stato molto presente per i nostri problemi.

Da rivedere alcune piccole mancanze come televisioni non o in parte funzionanti, doccia che perde, microonde sopra il frigo poco funzionale, macchinetta del caffe con cialde non adatte (l'assistenza ci ha poi indicato dove trovare quelle giuste, solo 2!). Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che c'era lo scaldabagno rotto, due giorni senza acqua calda, problema risolto al terzo giorno dall'assistenza ma che ci ha creato disagio. Anche la scelta di predisporre il terzo letto nell'ingresso non è stata funzionale, solo alla fine della vacanza ci siamo accorti di un terzo letto presente nella camera, poteva essere più logico prepararci quello in modo tale da lasciare in ingresso più libero!

Was overall clean, tidy, well equipped. Not far from Manzoni metro and trams. There's a selection of restaurants and bars downstairs, one of which just outside to the left was really really good. The staff responded quickly when we had a problem with the TV. They were good enough to offer a resolution. Bed is soft, I found it comfy but partner prefers a firm bed so might be a downside for some. Plenty of plugs, extension leads, travel adapters, a stove, plenty of plates, cups, a bottle opener. There's a kettle + plenty of tea. The shower is really good although the floor is slippery. Aircon does both cooking and heating. Balcony was a nice touch. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor, then stairs down to the room, which makes it easier to get to than we originally expected.

There was a coffee pod left in the machine meaning it hadn't been cleaned. The cutlery and cups were dirty. There was only one pod for the coffee machine, the pods in the welcome bag were for a different type of machine. Not the end of the world but a bit disappointing. The TV in the lounge area didn't work, one remote was missing batteries and there's no remote for the bedroom TV. We reported this and they did offer to send someone out, and said we buy batteries they'd reimburse us. But the bedroom TV doesn't have a remote as it's digital, which I don't understand. But they did offer to resolve the issue so it isn't all bad. Shower is slippery when wet, could do with a shower mat. My main issue was that the keys are in a lockbox on the door. But to get out, you have to unlock one door downstairs. The building front door can be opened with a button, but the 2nd door between the elevator and communal corridor has to be opened with the key. So when you leave, you have to downstairs, unlock the door, have someone hold it open, go back and put in the key in the lockbox but if you're alone you can't easily do this. So I wouldn't recommend this for a solo traveler or someone with a kid that isn't old enough to be alone downstairs whilst you go back. You could prop it open with your suitcase but you risk someone moving or taking it. The other issue we faced when leaving was you need the code to open the lockbox. I tried to look it up, but the check in instructions were no longer available. Luckily we were able to remember it but if you can't, you might be unable to return the key. But other than these issues it was great.

Convenient Location: The apartment is situated in a good area, only a 12-minute walk from Roma Termini station. Walkable to Landmarks: It is within a reasonable 20-minute walking distance to the Colosseum. Transport Links: Accessing the old city is easy via Metro Line A, with the Manzoni station being about a 14-minute walk away.

Comfort Issues: Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable at all, which affected our rest. Size Constraints: The sofa in the apartment was quite small for our needs.

El aire acondicionado

La casa parecía poco segura, lo que se confirmó cuando el hombre de la limpieza irrumpió a las 8:45 de la mañana (cuando el check Out era a las 10) en el piso sin avisar abriendo la puerta por su cuenta. No tengo palabras para describir como de sucia estaba la terraza. Los utensilios de cocina brillan por su ausencia, además de que los electrodomésticos no funcionaban bien. Tanto el WiFi como ninguno de los televisores no funcionaban, además de que la nevera no enfriaba apenas. Además, no solo la presión de la ducha era inexistente, sino que los utensilios de baño no fueron aportados. En este sentido, para una estancia de 6 dias solo nos dieron 2 tollos de papel, ignorando nuestra petición de que nos dieran más. Asimismo, fuimos ignorados cuando pedimos alargar la hora del check out en numerosas ocasiones, dando pie a lo contado antes con la abrupta interrupción en el piso mientras dormiamos. La ubicación, pese a estar medianamente bien conectada con el centro mediante autobuses, se hace extremadamente insegura cuando cae la noche. Calidad precio es caro, siendo un apartamento pequeño en mala zona y con malos servicios.
