Epicéa is a spacious apartment located 10/15 minutes' walk from the city center. Fully furnished with attractive furnishings, it has three bedrooms and sleeps six, and can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers. Don't miss out on a stay in this comfortable apartment!
This 95 m² apartment is ideally located between Place Mellinet and Place René Bouhier. Located on the third and top floor with elevator, the layout includes
a vast entrance opening onto a large living room: kitchen, living room, dining room. This space features large bay windows with access to the balcony. The night area is separate and comprises three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and separate WC. The bedrooms also open onto the balcony.
A major advantage: secure private underground parking.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms equipped as follows: 1 double bed (160X200), 1 double sofa bed (140X200) and two single beds (90X190). Note that it is possible to combine the 2 single beds to make a double bed.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down. Facilities include: Nespresso coffee machine, wifi connection, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The Epicéa apartment is managed by Agence Cocoonr in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few coffee pods and tea and sugar bags.

All the shops you need are around 7 minutes' walk away (bakery, supermarket, etc.).
Located 10 /15 minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and 5 minutes' walk from tramway line 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11! These will take you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. The Machines de l'île are just a 15-minute walk away. Epicea Comfortable, spacious, apartment. Quit area. Good linen. Parking under the apartment was excellent, even for a large car. Trams and busses a four minute walk away. Kitchen well equipped.

Epicea The stay was very nice but loud as there is a bar/restaurant directly behind the place so if you want the windows open you will hear a lot of noises until late. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

Epicea "We had a great stay, the hosts were very responsive. They have a booking portal which contained all the informative we needed on parking, arrival, amenities and even tells you which host you're going to meet. The apartment has a narrow yet impressive wrap around balcony which was very cosy, and invited a lot of sunlight into each room. There are blinds as well as curtains which was very helpful. The bedding was comfortable, everything was very clean and spotless. The allocated parking space in the garage is also very handy!
The only two minor thing we noticed is that the shower in the second bathroom, didn't drain properly. And the toilet seat has a small crack but overall I'd recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again."
