The space

Guests have full access to the first floor, second floor, ground floor/basement, yard, and private dock. Please note the basement is semi-finished but fully functional as a media or game room.

To comply with local town laws, all confirmed guests must provide the full names and ages of everyone staying, along with vehicle details (year, make, model, color, and license plate number) at least 24 hours before check-in.
