On the top level, you’ll find the heart of the home: a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and every chef’s dream feature, alongside a spacious living room and dining area with seating for 12. The primary suite is also located on this floor, featuring a king bed, spa-like ensuite bath, and direct access to the oceanfront deck—the perfect place to enjoy sunrise over the waves.



The second floor offers a comfortable sitting room with a TV and deck access, ideal for family gatherings or movie nights. Four additional bedrooms complete this level, including two king suites, one queen suite, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds—all with private ensuite baths for comfort and privacy.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
