The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The bed was comfy and it was close to everything we wanted to do in Wilmington. Had 1 issue which Kelly took care of promptly. Lovely condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located and easily walkable. There is a loud bar behind the building that bumped until 2am for those who are noise sensitive. We would absolutely stay again though!

Chose this instead of a nearby hotel and what a good decision! Great location right on Water Street, parking included and super easy. Got a little loud on Friday night but Saturday was much quieter, not sure why. The view is terrific and the unit was well-appointed, clean, and attractive. A great value.

This was an amazing place with a fantastic location. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Downtown Wilmington
