Looking for a spot that feels like a hug in house form? Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 1-bath cottage—a charming little getaway in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods. Stroll to coffee, grab a bite, wander the streets, then come home to your own slice of cozy.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home with a twist: a Primo water dispenser for fresh, cold sips, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom so you never have to pack the “just-in-case” stuff, and 100% cotton linens for that “aaahhh” moment when you flop into bed.

For playtime? We’ve got you covered. Break out the board games or cornhole, browse the Little Free Library, or kick back with friends in the living room with our 55" smart TV.

When you’re ready to slow things down, step onto the screened-in porch—it’s the star of the show. Morning coffee, late-night chats, rainy-day listening sessions…it’s where the magic happens.

Sweet Dreams Await

Each of our three bedrooms is designed for restful, recharge-worthy sleep:

Bedroom 1 & 2: Each with a queen-sized bed, topped with a plush memory foam mattress and wrapped in 100% cotton sheets for that hotel-meets-home comfort.

Bedroom 3: A cozy double bed with the same dreamy setup—perfect for curling up solo or sharing.

Every room comes with blackout curtains (sleep late, no judgment) and charging stations on the nightstands, so your phone, tablet, or Kindle wakes up as refreshed as you do.

It’s the kind of setup that makes you look forward to bedtime.

Soak, Suds, & Self-Care

Step into our vintage-inspired bathroom, where charm meets comfort. The star of the show? A classic claw-foot tub—perfect for a long soak after a day of exploring. We’ve stocked the space with all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a full-size hair dryer so you can leave yours at home.

Want to turn bath time into spa time? We’ve got bath bombs available for purchase to make your soak extra bubbly and indulgent.

It’s your own little retreat—whether you’re a quick-shower-and-go type or a stay-in-the-tub-until-your-fingers-prune type.

Top it all off with an in-home washer and dryer, and you’ve got the perfect mix of practical + playful.

Pack light, bring your people, and settle in—you’ll feel right at home, only better.
