Roami at Hotel Astor | Pool | Queen Studio

The customer service was excellent the two people at the front were so helpful and kind! Would stay here again. Just wouldn’t book through this app tho. Too many issues with booking online!

Overall, this day was very nice and the beds are very Coffee has a cute little refrigerator cooler thing that works great. I would appreciate it not to have to wait a whole day to get an iron can my clothes that should be included since they have an ironing board Suite there were no cups for drinking so I had to buy some. I thought that was a little strange and we had to take out our own garbage with it, which I think is a lot to ask since we pay 100 to have the room cleaned. It was a very quiet room and the air conditioning is great. It’s a very safe hotel overall it was good.
