We liked pretty much everything about this apartment. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main historic section of Seville which allowed us to get away from the hubbub of tourist central to a quiet neighborhood. It was great to have a place to put the car. Getting from the parking to the apartment was slightly convoluted but not problematic since the host explained it very well. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed We would definitely stay there again.

The apt was clean, beds were comfortable. It had the minimum of kitchen equipment. Parking was easy. Good communication getting there. It’s situated in a quiet area but easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go. Most places were about half hr walk. We tried to contact the management during our stay but noAnswer. The fire alarm went off, doors downstairs opened but no one showed up. No call from management, no police and no fire dept. luckily everything was okay. Apart from that little glitch it was a great place to stay.

The person who came to check in was great. Overall a great property to stay & very central location, cloae.to restaurants, grocery stores & bus/tram.
