A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
With unimpeded views from the living areas, kitchen, and main bedroom, you’ll feel immersed in the seaside vibe from the moment you arrive.
Families will love the location, with the park, playground, and beach just steps away. Watch the kids play safely in the playground or on the reserve right from the deck, or wander a little further to swim and play in the sea.
Inside, open-plan living creates a comfortable and relaxed setting for your stay. Slide open the doors to the sunny deck to soak up some rays, enjoy your morning coffee, or fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner enjoyed alfresco.
The deck offers a peaceful retreat for curling up with a good book, while the fenced back garden provides outdoor dining table and chairs offering plenty of room for everyone to relax, unwind, and make memories together.
Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, this family-friendly home has space for everyone. Three bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two king single beds — ideal for children or friends travelling together. Two bathrooms and a washing machine add extra convenience for longer stays.
Whether you’re staying in or exploring, everything you need is close at hand. Stroll over the road for a day at the beach, or head into town to discover Waihi’s cafés, shops, and local attractions. With its unbeatable location and family-friendly layout, Reserve View Retreat has everything you need for a blissed-out beach break.
Please be aware that the property only has 1 full bathroom with an additional toilet.
