This place is beautiful just like the photos! So nicely decorated and bright. King bed is VERY COMFY! It’s stocked with plenty of towels, tp, paper towels, trash bags, etc where many places are very stingy with those things. We were very comfortable inside the unit, it was very clean. The host communication was impeccable, FAR beyond any I’ve dealt with. She is personable, kind, and makes sure there’s nothing you need, very responsive within minutes. The location being in downtown Ft Myers in the River district was great as far as restaurants & stores, it makes for nice walking. We are very familiar with the area so that part was quite nice. It can get lively & noisy on weekend evenings (for us seniors) but not a deal breaker. The weekdays are pretty quiet. The pool area is nice, we never saw a single person in it all week so you’d most likely have the pool to yourself. There’s a nice area to sit with coffee or wine by the river. The complex seems to be a mix of vacationers and permanent residents. It’s well-lit and gated from cars, except during weekday hours when the office is open. All in all, the place is lovely!

Beautiful room and ideal location for our needs. HOWEVER, we were greeted with having to drag our luggage from the condo building nextdoor through a narrow uneven, cluttered space between the suite and office. This is what we were forced to do every time we left and returned! It was especially treacherous at night because it was total darkness. My friend and I are both in our 60s and very fearful of tripping and falling.Furthermore, receiving no compensation at all! Zero for this inconvenience, the host is greedy! I booked the stay, had to cancel because my friend's daughter had a double mastectomy scheduled, but her surgery date changed, so I was able to rebook the Exact reservation for the same exact dates.The host lost ZERO but insisted they deserve to keep 50% of the payment when I made the 1st booking. Unconscionable! The host does not care about guests, even when they put guests through potentially dangerous inconveniences. The host is only interested in how much money they can get.
