Welcome to Destin Harbor Haven! Located on iconic Holiday Isle, this fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to soak up the best of Destin. Comfortably sleeping 8, you'll find two king bedrooms plus a bunk room featuring a Full XL over Queen - ideal for kids or extra guests. This modern coastal farmhouse cottage townhome has been completely renovated from top to bottom, with no detail overlooked. Need a little work-life balance on vacation? Head up to the private loft, which doubles as a fully built-in office space and a cozy game room. It's stocked with bean bags, board games, and a TV - perfect for keeping the kids entertained while the adults unwind.
Step out onto the upstairs deck off the king bedroom and enjoy front-row seats to the Monday and Thursday night fireworks over the Harbor (during Summer season). Out back, you'll find a fully fenced-in backyard oasis complete with string lights, a grill, dining table, sand play area, and room for a pup - because we're pet friendly (with an additional non refundable fee).
While the home doesn't have a direct water view, the harbor is just steps away - and with Destin Harbor, Crab Island, and the Harborwalk just minutes away by water taxi or boat, you're in the heart of it all. Beaches like O'Steen Beach, Norriego Point, and the jetties are just a short walk (0.3 mi), with additional Holiday Isle private beach access gates less than a mile away.

First, the condo is clean, gorgeous, well-appointed, and an absolute pleasure to stay in. The one bad review for cleanliness must have been a day when the cleaners didn't show up or something. All of the finishings are new and modern, and the beds and linens are very comfortable. There are a few things that I wish I had known beforehand that would have made my stay more pleasant. First, the walk to the private beach is at least 12-15 minutes. This was fine for us, as we are in good health and don't have young kids. Yes, there is public beach access that you can drive to, but parking is extremely limited. Also, we didn't fully explore, but the public beach is very rocky, and you have to walk over in a different direction to find the sand beach. Your best bet is to have one member of your group drive everyone to the private beach with all your stuff, and then go back to the condo to park so that only one person has to walk the full distance to the beach, and you don't have to haul all your beach stuff down and back. Additionally, the private beach is marked with "No Setup" signs saying you can't have umbrellas or shade. It took us until day 2 to realize that was only for a specific section of the beach, and on the other side of the signs, you are free to set up what you would like. Not a huge deal, but it would have been good to know up front. Other than that, the location is good, communication with host was great, and the complimentary bottle of prosecco was lovely.

Such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and so close to the beach which had the most beautiful sunsets! We loved the outdoor area, all the space, and amenities! Will be recommending to anyone we know wanting to stay in the area!

We had the most amazing time at this property! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless — the cleanliness was truly impressive. The home is beyond cute with so many thoughtful touches that make it cozy and welcoming. The backyard is absolutely incredible — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or letting the pups run around. It’s such a rare treat to find a place this pet-friendly while still being so clean and stylish!One of our favorite details was the “Fav Gems” wall the host put together, featuring pictures and local restaurant recommendations (complete with daily specials!). It was such a creative and personal way to help us discover the best spots in town.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Between the charm, comfort, and that amazing outdoor space, this property is a total gem. We’ll definitely be back!
