This recently fully renovated home is idyllically situated between Estoi and Santa Bárbara de Nexe, high in the hills, offering a unique combination of tranquility, comfort, and stunning views. Here, you are just away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything.
Step into the house through the double French doors from the sunny south-facing terrace, leading into a bright and spacious open living area with a modern kitchen. On the kitchen side, a hallway leads to the large bathroom and the master bedroom with a king-size bed. On the living room side is the second bedroom, featuring a double bed, a large sink, a wardrobe, and its own access to a shower and toilet.
Outside, a delightful spot awaits for relaxation: a private pool, sun loungers, a spacious sun terrace, and a lush, beautifully landscaped garden. Equipped with all comforts and luxuries, such as air conditioning in every room, private parking, and a washing machine, this is the ideal place for a carefree holiday full of relaxation and enjoyment.
