Great location and property! Hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend.

Kitchen was fully equipped with kitchen supplies. Air conditioning, washer a great addition, safe, shower was tight but very good, comfortable beds, living area was good, tv and internet was excellent. Location was excellent right in the heart of Florence with all the tourist locations and restaurants, grocery stores within a quick a walk. The unit was very clean. The host was excellent throughout the booking experience and was available 24-7 although we didn't need anything after our check in. The host met you at the unit upon check-in to review how everything worked. We had an excellent 4 adult stay

The location was so wonderul - 2 blocks to the Duomo, a few blocks to see The David, a few blocks from the train station. The host was attentive and answered questions. Meeting us at the front door and leaving instructions. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was small - but the dining area and little terrace was so nice to sit back with a coffee. All-in-all, a fabulous stay.

The photos online do not match the reality of the building/unit. They have a very creative photographer! Cleanliness was lacking - mold in the shower, dirt,dust and mold around the bathroom fans. It says it's recently renovated but looks like it's time for another one. There was a broken tile in hallway floor as you enter unit. There was a cracked toilet seat which the manager duct taped for us, when we notified him. With that being said, the property manager Matias was fantastic. He was polite, responsive, helpful and an excellent communicator. The location is wonderful - very central to popular attractions. There are steep marble stairs that are slippery to the front door. There are also narrow, steep steps to the small balcony (room for 2 only) pictured in the listing. Was nice to listen to the bells as they tolled each morning. The beds were very comfortable and was perfect for 2 people traveling as friends. Kitchen was well appointed.
