Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at the charming rural estate S'Empaltada, located on the outskirts of a picturesque village in the heart of Mallorca.

In the town of Selva is found this fantastic farm with capacity for 6 people, surrounded by nature and tranquility that allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in an idyllic setting.

You can rest on its large furnished terrace with a large table where you can share delicious meals, and then relax in its comfortable hammocks that surround the pool (10mx6m), where you can cool off. It also has a small chill-out area where you can find complete peace under the trees. Next to the house is a fully equipped gym so you can stay in shape even on your vacation.

The house has spacious areas divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find a large open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite recipes and serve them at its large tables. On this same floor, illuminated by large windows, we find a relaxation area and a large sofa that allows you to rest after a day of excursions. It also has a bathroom near the kitchen.

Going up the stairs, we find on the first floor a second living room with TV so you can watch your favorite programs on its large sofas and enjoy the views through the large windows. On this floor we find the bedrooms, two of them with a large double bed and spacious wardrobes, and another with two single beds. All of them have an en-suite bathroom and one of them with a bathtub. The entire house has central air conditioning, adjustable in each room.

Its idyllic location allows you to enjoy a paradise surrounded by nature and surrounded by mountains, while being close to the town where you can access shops, cafes and local restaurants. The beach, with turquoise waters, is 30 minutes by car away. Being in the center of the island, it also allows you to explore other routes such as hiking excursions, from Selva, Lluc a Peu, a famous pilgrimage route to the Monastery of Lluc. You can also visit markets such as the one held every Thursday in Inca, which is 12 minutes by car away.

You can't miss this wonderful opportunity to enjoy a dream vacation at this rural property with a swimming pool and marvelous views in Mallorca.

The accommodation has centralized air conditioning (cold and hot) throughout the property.

Please note that there may occasionally be some construction noise during the day in nearby properties.

The eco-tax is not included and must be paid before arrival.
