Villa Komia Iso | A Luxurious Holiday Apartment in the Lapland Scenery, Close to Levi’s Services

A stylish and modern 110 m² semi-detached apartment that offers space and comfort for up to eight guests. This high-quality holiday home combines the tranquility of Lapland’s nature with elegant interior design – a perfect setting for a truly memorable stay.

The ground floor features a spacious living area and a modern open-plan kitchen, creating an impressive space filled with light and openness. On the same level, you’ll also find two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – as well as a cozy Finnish sauna, a bathroom with a toilet, and an additional separate toilet. From the living room, you can step out onto a private terrace, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding Lapland nature.

The upstairs level provides additional space and privacy: there is a separate bedroom with two single beds and an open loft with two more single beds. This floor also includes a toilet and access to a large balcony, where you can start the day in the crisp Lapland air or wind down in the evening under the starry sky.

The apartments are separated by individual storage rooms, which increases privacy and makes the accommodation quieter. Each unit has its own storage space, providing a convenient place to keep skis, luggage, and other belongings during your stay.

Modern conveniences make your holiday effortless: a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an electric car charging station ensure everyday comfort even during longer stays.

The location in Nuottirakka places Levi’s best services and activities within easy reach – ski slopes, cross-country trails, and snowmobile routes are only a short distance away, while the village’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment complete the experience. In summer, the surrounding nature offers excellent opportunities for golf, hiking, cycling, and fishing.

Villa Komia Iso embodies luxury and spaciousness – a holiday home where modern comforts meet the enchanting nature of Lapland, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway.
