- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) with a central island.
- Bedroom 1 opening onto the living room with a 140 cm double bed.
- Bedroom 2 with a 140 cm double bed and storage space.
- Bathroom with washbasin and WC.
- Bedroom 3 with a 140 cm double bed and storage space.
