Charming apartment with enclosed terrace and panoramic roof offering breathtaking views of the magnificent Gulf of Tigullio, located a short walk from the picturesque port area of Rapallo. The property is located in one of the most charming areas of the city, among elegant seaside promenades, typical restaurants, boutiques, and the famous Castello sul mare, a historic symbol overlooking the water.
The accommodation is located on a mezzanine floor and is accessible from the main door, which welcomes guests into a hallway with a semi-independent kitchen on the left and a living room furnished with a dining table and double sofa bed on the right.
Returning to the entrance hallway, the rooms are located on the right, in order: a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and, at the end, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
As mentioned above, the apartment also has an enclosed and furnished terrace from which you can access the roof, which is also equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a splendid view of Rapallo and the gulf.
