This terrific property boasts two separate living quarters each with a full kitchen, laundry room, and family room. The upstairs unit features 1 king bed and master bath with jet tub, 2 queen beds with a guest bath, 2 twin beds and a double bed with a half-bath. The downstairs unit features a king bed and 4 bunk beds and full bath. Connected by outdoors steps, each space has its own entrance giving both privacy and space for separate family units and space for six cars. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place with a private dock for fishing, swimming, and kayaking.

NO PETS as much as we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring theirs (unless it is a service animal). The extra wear & tear on our house is a risk we will not take.

There are security cameras on the outside of the property only.

The house is on a slope. Wooded areas, especially around bodies of water, are home to all types of critters, including but not limited to geese, snakes, insects, deer, foxes, and such. We have a pest control company that does a great job, but we cannot guarantee that you won’t see an insect at some point. If you are not familiar with Tennessee wildlife, please do your research before your stay.
